The tasting notes of peanut butter & chocolate were inspired by our favorite trick or treat candy - the Reese’s!
The word “cempasúchil” comes from the Nahuatl language and means “flower of twenty petals”. The word is made up of the words cempoalli, which means “twenty,” and xochitl, which means “flower”. It holds cultural significance in Mexico & communities of Aztec decent. It symbolizes the golden rays of the Sun which represent the hope of life after death. During Día de los Muertos It’s often decorated around the remembrances of loved ones who’ve passed as a path or bridge to guide their memory back home.
